The IRIS Flow Headphones come with a one year warranty in case of fault. If you experience an issue with your IRIS Flow Headphones you can email us at where we can help answer your specific question or resolve your issue. If we can't fix the issue remotely, you can ship them to our support centre where they will be repaired or replaced.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. The cost of return must be covered by the customer unless stated by IRIS.
